Mini pizza recipe ingredients
Two 13cm fresh pizza base rounds
125grams can corn kernels, drained
Six kalamata olives, pitted
20 grams of sliced mushrooms
25 grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated cheddar cheese
Two tablespoons of tomato pasta sauce
1/2 of a small red capsicum, halved and deseeded then cut into thin strips
30 grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
Eight fresh parsley leaves
Vegetarian mini pizza recipe cooking instructions :
Preheat your oven to 220°C. Place pizza rounds on a baking tray.
Spoon tomato pasta sauce over the pizza rounds. Use the back of a butter knife or spoon to evenly spread tomato pasta sauce over the pizza rounds.
Top the pizzas with mishroom, corn kernels,the capsicum and olives. Combine the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle pizzas with this cheese mixture.
Bake the mini pizzas in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted. Remove the mini pizzas from oven. Transfer the mini pizzas to a plate and set aside for 5 to 8 minutes to cool. Sprinkle the mini pizzas with parsley leaves to serve.
