Treasure Hunt
There are many ways to have great fun with treasure hunts.
A favourite treasure is lollies, but you can use fruit wrapped in foil, or plastic tokens (“pieces of gold”) that the children can redeem for treats.
To play treasure hunt, while all the children are inside and cannot see the game being set up, a grown up must hide the treats around the backyard (or park) .
This one is usually good for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the number of treats per child to be found.
Don’t forget to make some easy and some a little harder.
