When you’re shopping for your special event, please view these estimates as a best case scenario. Little Dance uses third party postal suppliers, due to factors outside of their control they are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date.

Within Australia

Little Dance offers standard flat-rate shipping with AusPost for $11.95.
Express shipping is available at checkout and will incur additional fees.
Orders over $250 are eligible for free standard shipping at checkout.


These prices are subject to change. Please refer to the Australia Post website for up to date postage time estimates.


Please note that Australia Post contractors are unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.

International Orders

International orders are shipped through DHL and calculated at checkout. International Shipping wait time is usually between 1-10 days, but please refer to the DHL website for postage time estimates.

DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Can I pickup my order?

WeWe offer a pickup service for local customers from our Olinda site. Please note that our address is our workroom and is for deliveries/pickups only. We do not have a range on display and do not operate a retail shop from this address.

Shipping

We proudly ship all orders using Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries. No matter where you are, we’re ready to bring a little joy right to your door.

  •  Standard Shipping (Australia) – Flat rate of $11.95. Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days once dispatched.
  •  Express Shipping (Australia) – Need it in a hurry? Express Post is available, with delivery in 1-3 business days for metro areas.
  •  International Shipping – Yes, we ship globally! Delivery times vary depending on your location, but on average, international orders take 7-14 business days.


Important Delivery Information

While we do everything in our power to ensure your order arrives on time, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes on behalf of a third party. Australia Post is our trusted partner, but once your order leaves our hands, delays can occasionally happen.


Please note that Australia Post does not leave calling cards if you miss a delivery. For the most up-to-date tracking and delivery information, we recommend downloading the Australia Post app.


We do not offer refunds for orders delayed beyond our control. Additionally, no refunds are issued for items returned as undelivered. However, we can reship them at your cost.

Some orders may require a signature, included in certain shipping options. It’s important to monitor your tracking to ensure you don’t miss delivery.

Processing Times Our personalised goodies are made just for you, so please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order hits the post. During peak seasons (like Christmas), production times may be extended slightly, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Australia Post keeps you in the loop, so you’ll know exactly where your parcel is until it arrives at your doorstep.


Returns & Exchanges

Change of Mind – As each product is made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders – If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, let us know within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll either replace the item or offer a refund. Simply email our friendly team with photos and your order number.

Customs & Duties (International Orders) – Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply. These vary by country and are not within our control.
