When you’re shopping for your special event, please view these estimates as a best case scenario. Little Dance uses third party postal suppliers, due to factors outside of their control they are unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date.
Within Australia
Little Dance offers standard flat-rate shipping with AusPost for $11.95.
Express shipping is available at checkout and will incur additional fees .
Orders over $250 are eligible for free standard shipping at checkout.

Please note that Australia Post contractors are unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.
International Orders
International orders are shipped through DHL and calculated at checkout. International Shipping wait time is usually between 1-10 days, but please refer to the DHL website for postage time estimates.

At Little Dance, we want you to love your purchase as much as we love creating it! We understand that sometimes things don't go to plan, so we’re here to help with returns for eligible items.
Personalised Items
As each personalised item is made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised products. Please double-check all details when placing your order – including spellings, dates, and design choices – to ensure everything is perfect.
In the rare case that there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make things right.
Non-Personalised Items
We gladly accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please reach out to us within 7 days with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping if required.
