Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer delivery services across Australia and internationally. Our shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  1. Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  2. International Shipping

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
    • Express International Shipping: 4-10 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery location. To get an accurate shipping cost, please add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page.

Order Processing

We strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within a week of receiving them. Items requiring personalisation and proofs may take longer.  During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding applicable fees and regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority.

We do accept returns under certain circumstances, but require that you pay for the freight back to us. If your item was personalised, is a food product, or was specially ordered or made for you, we cannot accept returns as we cannot restock these items. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order as relevant.

Damaged Items

We put in the utmost care to pack our items so that they arrive undamaged. However, on rare occasions, items can get damaged in transit. If this happens, please email us with photos of the damaged item and packaging for review. We want our clients to be happy!

Delivery Address

Australia Post delivers to PO Boxes, residential addresses, and business addresses. Please note that Australia Post contractors are unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time.
