Two 13cm fresh pizza base rounds
One x 95 gram canned tuna in brine, drained
Six kalamata olives, pitted
25 grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated cheddar cheese
Two tablespons tomato pasta sauce
Half a small red capsicum, halved, deseeded and cut into thin strips
30 grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
8 fresh basil leaves
Spoon tomato pasta sauce among pizza bases. Use a butter knife or the back of spoon to evenly spread tomato pasta sauce or passata over the pizza base rounds.
Break up the tuna into chunks. Top up the pizzas with tuna, capsicum and olives. Combine the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle the pizzas with this cheese mixture.
Bake your mini pizzas in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and melted. Remove the freshly cooked mini pizzas from the oven. Transfer the pizzas to a plate and set aside for 5 minutes to cool. Sprinkle your tasty home made fresh mini pizzas with the basil just before serving.
