Ingredients for this Hawaiian mini pizza recipe
Two 13cm fresh pizza base rounds
100grams (1/2 cup) of tinned pineapple pieces in natural juice, drained,
80 grams of shaved ham
25 grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated cheddar cheese
Two tablespoons tomato pasta sauce
30grams (1/4 cup) of coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
Eight fresh basil leaves
Hawaiian mini pizza recipe cooking instructions :
Preheat your oven to 220° Centigrade. Place the pizza rounds on a baking tray.
Spoon the tomato pasta sauce over pizza rounds. Use the back of a spoon or butter knife to evenly spread the tomato pasta sauce over pizza bases.
Top up the pizzas with the shaved ham, pineapple, and deseeded capsicum. Combine the mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle the pizzas with this cheese mixture.
Bake the mini pizzas in your oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and melted. Remove the mini pizzas from the oven. Transfer the mini pizzas to a plate and set the pizzas aside for 5 to 8 minutes to cool. Sprinkle with basil leaves just prior to serving
