12 small bread rolls. These can be white, brown or any style bread rolls.
12 cocktail frankfurts or similar hotdog style sausages -see your local deli bar
grated cheese
butter
tomato sauce or ketchup
mustard
Cooking or Preparation Instructions for Hotdogs
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Cook the frankfurts or little sausages either by boiling or microwaving as appropriate and put into the sliced and buttered hotdog buns.
Sprinkle some cheese over each hotdog and place the mini hotdogs on an oven tray and then bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the hotdog buns are brown and crispy.
Remove the hotdogs from the oven and serve the mini hotdogs hot with tomato sauce, or mustard, or similar condiments as desired..
